Leemac, When I sent my serial number to Celemony, they said it was registered to another person and asked me to confirm that I am that person. However, Cakewalk are not, a week later and still no reply from Cakewalk support, so don't hold your breath for a reply from them. Celemony were very efficient at answering my emailed questions.
